No refunds for any reason. All sales are final. No returns. We are not liable for any mistake orders and/or order issues or lost orders.  We reserve the right to cancel any order. But We do our best to make happy customers. We try to ship or deliver within 7-14 business days, often sooner but since we roast fresh, it maybe delayed.
